- Personal Use: You can only accept meetings assigned to you by ServiceLink. You cannot create personal RON meetings, IPEN meetings, or eSign packets through this account.
- Work assignment questions: ServiceLink manages all work assignments and scheduling. Please direct any questions about assignment availability, scheduling, or workload to ServiceLink. Stavvy is a platform only and cannot assist with assignment management.
- Document questions: If you have document-related questions during an IPEN meeting, please contact ServiceLink directly. The Stavvy Support team is unable to provide guidance or make corrections to documents for ServiceLink assignments.
